Not a bad day, we managed to get our first ton on the boat, 128 fish.  We had a few that were at least 30 pounds, nice fish!  This morning fishing is a little slow so we are going to head NW a bit.  Water temp is cooler this morning.  Weather is great, not alot of boats around.

We finally have made it out after a tricky bar crossing late last night.  As we were heading out our radar wasn't working and I could see a fog bank ahead so we turned around and headed back to port.  One final attempt to reset it and it worked!!!!  So we turned around again.  Drove all night, put the tuna jigs in the water about 20 minutes ago and we have 11 fish on so far.  They are nice size, 15-17 lb average.  The weather, at the moment, is perfect

I have been watching water temps and weather, hoping to leave this week.  The Tuna are taking their sweet time coming north.  The boat is ready to go, have my favorite jigs and movies on board.  Now it's up to the tuna and mother nature.

It's time to start preparing for a new season! I'm starting by giving the boat a fresh coat of paint.

We got to the dock this morning about 5am.  This may be our last trip.  Weather is coming up and fish scores are down, way down.  We had 22 fish landed yesterday.  Starting to cost us to be out there.  If you want tuna, you should contact us today.  We will be selling off the boat tomorrow, (Monday) and that may be it.
