Another day of chasing Albacore!  Only 31 fish but the average is 15-16 lbs. We are goning to head 10 hours South tonight, there have been scores of 35 to300 fish.  The odds aren't great but that is what we are out here for.  I am hoping to be more in the 300 score......We will see.....................

Got in @ midnight on Tuesday, unloaded and filled orders all day Wednesday.  Jeff was a filleting fool.  I am going to miss him, this was his last trip.  He is off to dental school!!!!!!  So, with a new crew member, Amos, we are iced and fueled up for another trip.  We just got our poles down and are crossing the Columbia Bar in about 15 minutes.  Thinking I will head back down South to Cascade Head.  There weren't great scores but the fish we got that last day were nice size.  Maybe they will be on the bite this trip!!!!!!.......

Only 58 fish so far today but they are nice size, 15 lb average.  Jeff and I are trying to decide if we should catch the tide at midnight tomorrow night or stick it out and catch the 10am tide on Wednesday....tuff decision.  This has been a frustrating trip, we can see fish but they just aren't biting.  Thanks to all who have placed orders, it gives  us motivation to stick it out!!!!

Only 56 fish today, I have traveled South but no fish scores .  I am going to finish the trip, wish I was heading in.  I can see the fish  on my sonar but they are not on the surface so they don't seem to be feeding.  I really hope things improve for next trip.  Weather is good.
