5 hours to go
We should hit the dock in about 5 hours.  Just heard on the radio that a boat is sinking, Coast Guard is on the way.  They are @ 45.16 and 125.23.  That's where the majority of the fleet is fishing.  I hope all on board are safe!!!

Last Day!!
We have 225 fish on for today, Jeff is pulling a couple in now.  98 miles to the Columbia River, 13-14 hours we will be back at our home port.  It has been a successful 1st trip, finding the fish is always a challenge.  Feels good to get our bearings out here.  We know where we need to head next trip.

Day 6
We have 160 fish on for today, may still catch a few before the evening bite is over.  Radio talk is scores of 300 to 400 fish today just SW of us, pretty much where we started our trip.  So we are going to run SW tonight.  Tomorrow is our last day, need to get em!!!!  We had a few more fish today that were 36 inches long.  Jeff is the man!!!, pulling them in.  They do not fit into the landing tote very well, to long!!  Looking forward to calling this a trip.  Because of the tide, looks like we won't get across the bar until later Friday

Day 4
We have 128 fish on so far today.  I am heading back to where I started the trip, quality is better.  So headin NE, off of Cascade Head, have about 18 miles to go.  Today we had a Killer Whale circling the boat for about a 1/2 hour, kinda eerie.  Jeff took some pics and tried to videotape him.  He would cross the bow and then circle back around, guess he was looking for a handout.  Three fishing days left, already have over 500 fish on ice, will be a good first trip!!!

day 3
Today, not so good.  We have 65 fish on for the day.  There are alot of boats that have gathered in the area, some are catchin, but not everyone.  Seems like the tuna have gone off the bite.  Tomorrow will be better.  Very windy today, water temp is good.  Think I will head west for tomorrow.
